Mexican-Style BBQ Corn with Aioli, Feta & Parmesan

Ingredients
4 corn cobs
1 small packet feta cheese
1 small packet parmesan cheese
2 heaped tsp smoked paprika powder
2 tsp salt
handfull of chopped coriander
1 tub Cannonhill aioli or smk aioli
Method
This one takes a little more work time but not alot of work
Turn your bbq on medium low and place the corn in the husks on the open grill plate side and slowly cook the corn turning every 5 minutes or so, will take roughly 25 - 30 min to cook.
In the meantime in a small bowl crunble the feta and mix with the parmesan, paprika & salt.
Once the corn is cooked, remove from the BBQ and allow to cool for 5 min, then peel off the huskes. Place on a plate spoon on the aioli of your choice, sprinkle the with feta parmesan mixture and top with the coriander.
Option: you can also peel off the husk then place back on the BBQ to get a bit of char going on then add your toppings
