Asparagus with Saffron, Dill & Mustard Mayo with Grated Egg

Simple but one of my most satisfying dishes of the spring season.
Easy to make and full of flavour.

Flavours they go with 
- Salmon, Ham

Recipe
   
1 bunch asparagus
   knob of butter
   Salt / Pepper   
   Saffron Mayo
   1 hard boiled grated egg
   

Cut the woody ends off the asparagus and cook in boiling salted water.
Once cooked drain and add the butter, salt & Pepper.
Place on a plate thern spoon over the mayo and grate the egg on top.
