It comes as no surprise that NZ was the inspiration to start Cannonhill with its amazing array of quality ingredients and produce, helping to set our core values: high quality, full flavour, fresh natural ingredients, and affordable.

After years of cooking in NZ and abroad working through the ranks of professional kitchens – with a lot of blood sweat and tears, “in true Gordon Ramsay spirit”, we decided it was time to come home.

We always knew that New Zealand had an abundance of local fresh ingredients – so we began Cannonhill kiwi style! Our products are now small batched, and produced in Christchurch.

As always we remain dedicated to quality and flavour. As well as being accessible to the Gluten Free and Dairy Free market.

After starting at the Lyttelton Farmers Market and then branching into larger shows and festivals we have steadily increased supply of the Cannonhill range to deli’s, green grocers and supermarkets South Island-wide via our distributor network. Our next phase of growth is to expand our supply into the North Island, bringing our range to the entire nation.

At Cannonhill we firmly believe in providing you with the best quality, and best tasting products and so far we think we have that pretty well spot on!
