
Pork schnitzel with chilli coleslaw

Ingredients
- ½ cabbage - shredded
- ½ red onion sliced
- 3 carrots grated
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 spoons Cannonhill chilli mayo
Method
Place the shredded cabbage, sliced onion and grated carrot in a bowl and season with salt and pepper, mix thoroughly. Spoon in the cannon hill chilli mayo and mix to combine, taste to make sure seasoning is right. Eat pretty soon after making.
