
New potato salad with wasabi & smoked chicken
Ingredients
- 800 grms new baby potatoes
- Juice 2 lemons
- Salt & Pepper
- 4 spoonfuls Cannon hill Wasabi Mayonnaise
- 300 grms picked smoked Chicken
Method
Boil potatoes then drain and cool slightly, cut in half and squeeze over lemon juice and season. Allow to cool for 5 min then dress with the Cannon hill Wasabi Mayonnaise, place on 4 plates and divide chicken between and serve.
