A spectacular caesar salad and like all things simple, relies on quality ingredients, with a quality dressing bringing it all together. Has to be tasted to be believed.
- 2 heads of cos lettuce
- 2 chicken breasts roasted and shredded
- 4 boiled eggs quartered
- 3 slices of batard for croutons shallow fried & drained
- 2 spoons of Cannon Hill Caesar Dressing
- Salt & pepper
- 4 rashers of free range bacon
Rip chunky peices of cos leaves into a bowl with shredded chicken and croutons then season. Add ceasar dressing and bind together. Divide into bowls then place egg and bacon on each bowl. Serve.
