BBQ'D Corn with Cumin Butter

Time 20 min  Serves  4

Ingredients

  • 4 Corn cobbs

Butter

  • 150 g butter
  • tsp toasted cumin seeds
  • tsp toasted cumin pwd
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • chopped coriander leaves
  • salt

Place the corn on the bbq with the husk intact over medium to low heat and cook gently turning as the husk gets dark. Cook all the way round then remove.

Butter: place all together and mix throughly (for best results place in a blender) form into a cylinder with grease proof and place in fridge to firm up.

Serve: Peel corn and serve with a slice of the butter.
